I went this morning to go get a root canal done and went in very nervous because I have experienced different dentists and none cared about their patients only about getting paid. Coming from Porterville, I came into Fresno Tower dental and had a 5 star experience. The doctor and assistants were nice and super friendly I felt warm and comfortable as soon as they started talking to me. I let them know I was very nervous and they did the best job to comfort me and ask every couple minutes how I am doing. After the first root canal I felt so good that I wanted to do my other one right away. They fit me in their busy day and did both root canals and I have no pain. The assistants were two younger ladies and the nicest and even gave me a small stress ball when they noticed I was nervous. The dentist was very friendly along with Jackie and the front desk lady Maria. I will be switching my Porterville dentist to Tower dental it is worth the hour and a half drive !

Because of embarrassment and being afraid of going to the dentist, my teeth have severely suffered and I have been in excruciating pain for several months, I have finally built the courage and came to Tower Dental, let me tell you how friendly and inviting they were, Dr Rami was very understanding and non judgmental and he did 2 Root Canals and for the very first time I have 0 pain! Thank you Dr. Rami for being so kind and gentle with your patients I highly recommend coming to Tower Dental, Dr Rami your a great Dentist

The employees are so nice and respectful they treat their clients with care overall a 5 star rating I've had several root canals done here and my crowns and im very happy with it all very quick

I recently had a root canal done at Tower dental and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. Dr. Rami and his assistant, Fery, were absolutely amazing. They talked me through every step of the procedure, which really helped ease my nerves. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care!

I recently had to get 3 extractions done all at once and It was quick. No pain They are amazing, and friendly. Their work is spectacular, and they are very quick... I recommend you to come here 10/10 . You will love love love the staff.

I drive from out of town to be seen here. The staff is always so kind and the dentist is great! I was in horrible pain and got a root canal done here, he said I’d have pain for 2-3 days after the procedure but I didn’t feel a thing!! I also love that I don’t have to wait hours to be seen like my other dentists. I am always in and out within 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

I drive a good distance to come here and it’s always worth it. Every time I come, the service is great. He did my root canal when no one else would, and he’s quick but still very attentive. The staff is kind and welcoming, overall just a really good experience every visit.

I saw Dr. Rami at Tower Dental a few times in the process of getting dentures. Dr. Rami is very good at doing dentures. Just ask him, he will tell you! He has a sense of humor but is very, very professional. He assured me that I would ultimately be happy with the outcome and I am. He said to come in as often as I like if anything needs an adjustment. His office staff and all the assistants and hygienists were good at their jobs and also quite friendly. I would highly recommend Tower Dental Care on N. Fresno St. to anyone in need of a dentist. I'm really glad I found Dr. Rami.

I had been reaching out to so many dental offices trying to find someone who could do my daughter’s root canals, and I kept running into dead ends. The one office I did find ended up overcharging us, which was very stressful. When I contacted Tower Dental Care in Fresno, everything changed. They were able to get us in for a quick appointment the very same week. I also ran into some insurance issues, but Maria, the dental assistant, was incredibly patient and consistent in helping me through the entire process. Because of her help, we were able to get everything approved and taken care of for my daughter. The doctor was friendly, helpful, and truly willing to help—not rushed or dismissive. Even though I had to make a three-hour drive, it was completely worth it. My daughter’s root canals came out perfect, and I finally felt at ease knowing she was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality dental care at an affordable price. Tower Dental Care went above and beyond for us.
